Review by hotel critic
Staying at the Inn On St Peter in the French Quarter was like finding a hidden gem in the heart of New Orleans! The location was fantastic, allowing us to stroll to iconic spots, enjoy delectable meals at Vacharie and Gumbo Shop, and soak up all the jazz vibes without the noise later at night. I loved the historic charm, from the reclaimed heart pine floors to the whimsical balconies where my partner and I sipped morning coffee amid lush greenery. The staff felt like family—Mr. Claud and Johnny ensured our stay was seamless, and the cozy courtyard provided a perfect escape after a day filled with adventure. While the couch could use a plush upgrade, the overall ambiance was so enchanting that I would definitely return to this tranquil slice of New Orleans.
